December STEM Day
Thank you to all the parents who helped make our STEM day a success! The children had an AWESOME time! We made jingle bell necklaces, a Santa parachute, a shelf for the elf, and trees out of cups.

Mystery Readers
Thank you Ms. Janicke, Mrs. Brady, and Mrs. Krause for being our Mystery Readers in December! We enjoyed all the books you all brought to read to us! Thank you again for taking time out of your afternoon to spend with us!
Elf Challenges
Every day this week, Buddy has given us an Elf Challenge. These challenges are always something kind that we can do for others. Ask you children what some of the Elf Challenges were! Looking forward to more Elf Challenges this week...

Elf on the Shelf
Meet our Elf on the Shelf, Buddy! On Thursday morning, when we came into our classroom, Buddy was sitting on the light switch ledge with a note. The note read:
Greetings from the North Pole!
Christmas
time is here again,
that
means it’s time for me to move in!
On
Santa’s behalf I will watch and listen,
so I
can report back what he is missing.
The
elf magic happens when you are good,
so
listen to your teachers like you should!
To
keep the magic alive and your elf safe,
keep
your hands to yourself for goodness sake!
If
you do as you’re told, you’ll find me each day
in a
new place having fun or waiting to play.
Watch
for my notes, and as Christmas nears,
open
your eyes to the sky and hear the reindeer with your ears!
Your
Elf,
Buddy
We are looking forward to the surprises and fun that Buddy will bring to our classroom over the next couple of weeks!
